do you offer custom orders?

No, I do not currently accept custom orders requesting custom designs. The only designs available for purchase are the designs on my website.

How does it work?

“Made To Order” Items

These items are “customized” in the sense that you get to pick your tee or crewneck color, but I do not currently offer customized designs. To order these items, you will first pick the item you want (tee or crewneck and brand) and the size you want on the listing. You will then click “add to closet.” After you click “add to closet,” you will be required to add your first choice of tee or crewneck color as well as your second choice of tee or crewneck color. I will always order your first choice if it’s available for me to order, but your second choice is required just in case your first choice isn’t available to order in that color and size.

**PLEASE BE SURE TO TYPE THE EXACT NAME OF THE COLOR SHOWN IN THE PRODUCT PHOTOS. THERE ARE LIKELY MULTIPLE DIFFERENT SHADES OF EACH COLOR AVAILABLE IN EACH BRAND, SO IT’S IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO TYPE THE EXACT SHADE TO ENSURE I ORDER THE RIGHT ONE (EX. DO NOT TYPE “PINK” IF THE COLOR YOU WANT IS LABELED AS “LIGHT PINK” IN THE PRODUCT PHOTOS)!

“Ready To Ship” Items

These items are already made and are ready to be shipped. They are likely only stitched out in one size as I need to be able to stitch each design out to be able to take product photos for the “made to order” items, which is why they’re ready to be shipped. They are a bit cheaper than “made to order” items and ship out faster due to the fact that I don’t have to order them or stitch them out. Take advantage of these deals as well as faster shipping!

how do i purchase?

You can place an order through my website. I will announce new items on my Instagram before they’re posted on my website, so make sure to turn on post notifications on my Instagram page @cierrahsclothingco so you never miss new items.

how long does it take for my items to be completed?

All items available for purchase on my website are made-to-order as of right now (besides for the items available in the “ready to ship” section), which means I don’t have items already made and they will be ordered and made after you place your order.

Please keep in mind that I am running my small business alone. I am only one person and I do work another job outside of this business. I will work as quickly as possible to get your order completed and shipped to you.

After you place your order, I have to place an order with another company to receive your tee or crewneck (as long as it isn’t from the “ready to ship” section).

It can take up to a week (sometimes up to two weeks during times of demand, such as the holiday season) for your item to arrive on my doorstep. As of right now, it takes about two to four weeks for your item to be completed and arrive on your doorstep (items from the “ready to ship” section usually ship same or next day, but can take up to three days to ship if I am unable to get to the post office for whatever reason).

If you need an item sooner for a special occasion, please feel free to message me on Instagram @cierrahsclothingco and I will try my absolute hardest to get your item(s) to you by that date.

how do I take care of my items to ensure longevity?

Gildan Crewnecks

It is recommended that you turn your crewneck inside out before washing it in cold water and hang drying to ultimately prevent your item from fading, shrinking, and pilling over time with regular wear. If you must machine dry, use a low-tumble setting, although, you may expect minor shrinkage when machine drying. You can use a heat setting as well, but shrinking may be noticeable with the sweatshirt itself and around the design.

Comfort Colors Crewnecks

Although these crewnecks are preshrunk, it is recommended that you turn the crewneck inside out before washing it in cold water and hang drying to ensure longevity. If you must machine dry, use a low-tumble setting.

Independent Trading Co Crewnecks

It is recommended that you turn your crewneck inside out before washing it in cold water and hang drying to ultimately prevent your item from fading, shrinking, and pilling over time with regular wear. If you must machine dry, use a low-tumble setting, although, you may experience minor shrinkage when machine drying. You can use a heat setting as well, but shrinking may be noticeable with the sweatshirt itself and around the design.

DO NOT APPLY DIRECT HEAT, SUCH AS A CLOTHING IRON OR A LIGHTER, ON CUSTOMIZATIONS OR DESIGNS! THIS MAY RESULT IN THE THREADS MELTING!

What size should I get?

Gildan Crewnecks

These crewnecks fit true to size, but are not preshrunk. Order your normal size for a normal fit or size up if you anticipate machine drying with heat or for an oversized fit.

Comfort Colors Crewnecks

These crewnecks fit true to size and are preshrunk. Order your normal size for a normal fit or size up for an oversized fit.

Independent Trading Co Crewnecks

These crewnecks run big and are not preshrunk, but do not noticeably shrink when dried. Order one size down for a normal fit or your normal size for an oversized fit. It is not recommended that you size up to your normal size if you anticipate machine drying due to how little they shrink.

what sizes do you offer?

Gildan crewnecks, Comfort Colors crewnecks, and Independent Trading Co crewnecks are all available to purchase in unisex sizes ranging from S to 3XL.

Why do i have to pick two colors for my tee or crewneck after adding it to my cart?

I require you to provide me with a backup color option for your tee or crewneck just in case your first choice is sold out in your size. I will always order your first choice if it is available for me to order. I am only available to provide colors in the sizes that are available for me to purchase from the websites your tees and crewnecks are ordered from. Some sizes only come in certain colors.

how do payment plans work?

Payment plans are offered through AfterPay. The payments are split into four separate payments and the first payment is due when you place your order. Your item(s) will be shipped as soon as they’re completed, which may be before or after your fourth payment, depending on how long processing and customization time is, but they'll be shipped as soon as they’re done.

What happens if my package got returned, lost, stolen, damaged, or missing?

If your item’s tracking is labeled “returned to sender (me),” “insufficient address,” “no such number,” or “no such address,” it is likely that your address was inputted incorrectly at checkout. Since free shipping is offered for all US orders, this means I initially had to cover the shipping cost to get your package to you. Because the first shipping cost comes out of my pocket, you will be asked to purchase the shipping cost through my “reship” listing. This listing will require you to input your order number (this can be found in your email).

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECK THAT YOUR ORDER NUMBER, AS WELL AS YOUR NEW OR MODIFIED ADDRESS, IS CORRECT AS YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO BUY THIS LISTING AGAIN!

Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Missing

I ship all domestic (US) packages with package protection/insurance. I do NOT ship international packages with package protection/insurance due to the fact that you would have to pay double the price to have it shipped. If you are in any other country outside the US and would like to cover the extra cost of having your package shipped WITH insurance, please purchase the “international shipping with insurance” listing at the SAME TIME you purchase your item(s). I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once packages are dropped off at the post office, they are out of my hands and I am no longer responsible for what USPS does with them. With that being said, if your package turns up to be lost, stolen, or damaged, you will need to submit a claim through USPS (US ONLY). Due to your package being shipped with package protection/insurance, USPS will provide coverage for up to $5,000 worth of merchandise that is lost, stolen, damaged, or missing (US ONLY).
